Freaky Burning Death in Obama's World

This should be a lesson to us all

Consuming large quantities of alcohol before going to work at 5 AM, CAN be dangerous.

Today, far too many Washington DC , White House-connected 30-something mothers of three are dying needlessly because of their early morning chug-a-lugging booze habits, and poor driving skills.

Something must be done about this epidemic.

(Perhaps First Lady Michelle Obama can make it one of her pet causes alongside her war against National Childhood obesity. Let us hope.)

The death of a lobbyist in a Capitol Hill garage fire last month has been ruled accidental by the D.C. medical examiner's office, which said Friday that 37-year-old Ashley Turton died from "thermal burns" and inhaling "products of combustion."

A white BMW exploded around 8:15 a.m. this morning in the Penrose neighborhood. Police say they believe the blast was accidental.

The explosion happened on 9th Street South between Veitch Street and Courthouse Road. No one was hurt, according to fire department spokesperson Lt. Ed Hughes.

“It appears to be an accident,” said police spokesperson Det. Crystal Nosal. “Nothing at this point leads us to believe it’s intentional.”

The car was parked in front of a single family home, but in proximity of two large apartment complexes: Dorchester Towers and 2121 Columbia Pike Apartments. It is three to four blocks away from the high-security headquarters of the Defense Information Systems Agency.

A witness who lives in Dorchester Towers says heavily-armed police apprehended an approximately 18-year-old male on the fifth floor of the building. So far, authorities are emphatic in their description of the man — who was led away in handcuffs around 10:15 a.m. — as a “person of interest” and not a “suspect.” Witnesses say the man was seen running from the scene of the explosion.

Police say the man and two other witnesses are being questioned, but are not currently “in custody,” as earlier reported. Det. Nosal said she believes the people seen fleeing the scene were merely “running away from an explosion.”

WTOP’s Neal Augenstein is reporting that an acetyline torch had been stored in the back of the car. A police source has also told ARLnow.com that the car belonged to a worker who had an acetyline tank, used for welding, in the trunk.
A member of the bomb squad is currently examining the car for signs of other explosive materials. Arlington police and firefighters have also cordoned off the parking lot in front of Dorchester Towers. Earlier, a robot and bomb dogs searched
9th Street and did not find any other explosives.

Obamacare Ruled Unconstitional by Federal Judge

In his ruling US District Judge Roger Vinson wrote, "Because the individual mandate is unconstitutional and not severable, the entire act must be declared void."
 He goes on to make reference to the Boston Tea Party:

'It's difficult to imagine that a nation which began, at least in part, as the result of opposition to a British mandate giving the East India Company a monopoly and imposing a nominal tax on all tea sold in America would have set out to create a government with the power to force people to buy tea in the first place. If Congress can penalize a passive individual for failing to engage in commerce, the enumeration of powers in the Constitution would have been in vain for it would be 'difficult to perceive any limitation on federal power' [Lopez, supra, 514 U.S. at 564],

and we would have a Constitution in name only."

In essence, Federal Judge Vinson said that Obamacare is worse than the mandates imposed by King George that caused us to rebel and led to our breaking free from those chains to become a free and sovereign nation. And this man, Obama, or whatever his real name is, would place heavier chains upon us in the name of what he calls "Liberalism," or "Progress." Mind you, Obama purportedly taught Constitutional Law.

This past week it was Ronald Reagan.  This could be seen coming from a mile away.  It really doesn't take a Nostradamus to predict these things in our president's behaviors.  It was obvious after watching Obama's preview video of his coming BHO-SOTU address when he posted a 'trailer' on his web site.  And even the sleepiest of citizens heard about Obama reading Reagan on his Christmas vacation flight to Hawai'i.  No one should be surprised, despite the juxtaposition.

Everyone from HuffPo to Breitbart found this topic irresistible.  But of all the many Reagan/Obama media mentions, Mark Rudd's warning words, "feint right, turn left,"  are the most ominous,  and to this writer's mind, accurate.  

And so last week, we witnessed a feeding frenzy from the media and the blogosphere, discussing the change in Mr. Obama's attitude and rhetoric. Some made for juicy, thought provoking, reading. Others were spin. The Big Three Alphabet Media agreed, Obama was "Reaganesque".  The problem for Mr. Obama is that we are now on to his character, if not yet his legal identity.  Chameleonesque is a better description for this president. Therefore, this Reagan thing, won't work for him.

Do you wonder which historical, great leader, Obama and his handlers might choose next for him to impersonate?

Let us reflect upon some of the absurd, failed, comparisons from the lost and wandering left-bent hopefuls in search of their Champion, their voice, and their identity, over the first two years of this unprecedented presidency:

• During his campaign, (the pre-election one) Obama was to become the next John F. Kennedy. In the early afterglow days of the Democrats' victory, People, Time, and Newsweek Magazines, did their best to project that Jack & Jackie Camelot fantasy on to the Barry and Michelle blank screen to entice (propagandize) the population (sheep) to fall in love with this most exceptionally beautiful, and brilliant, ruling couple. (Must have been Jackie's and Michelle's remarkably similar tastes in clothing?)
• He has been the incarnation of Abe Lincoln  (They are both tall and lanky.)
• He has been called "Jeffersonian".  (Aside from sharing the same brand of Teleprompter, we're at a loss.)
• Michelle Obama compared to Marie Antoinette. Like Marie, Michelle mysteriously gave up her license to practice law, or was disbarred. (same with hubby)
• Obama, the next Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. (Probably because of the Beer Summit, combined with the work Obama's DOJ has done, absolving the  New Black Panther Party of that bogus voter intimidation case.)
• Gandhi: Obama wins Nobel Peace Prize for his excellence in reading other people's utopian words from a teleprompter. (One year later, we are in awe over the Global Peace this man has singlehandedly created, particularly in the Middle East.)  (Obama Bonus Link)
• Here, Obama is FDR
• And of course, everyone's favorite, Obama as Christ.

Why does the characterization of Obama's persona, and therefore his purpose and direction, as described by his adoring media advocates, change so frequently?  This is truly unprecedented.  Has any former national leader been likened to so many former Great figures in world history?  Will the list continue to increase?  Why would anyone imagine the trend to end here? Why isn't the media asking why this president cannot seem stand upon his own identity?

From Audacity of Hope, credited to author Barack Hussein Obama, he prophetically writes:

"I am new enough on the national political scene that I serve as a blank screen on which people of vastly different political stripes project their own views. As such, I am bound to disappoint some, if not all, of them." (p. 11, 134, 355-61)  

Ahh, the mystique. And quite a prophetic statement, Mr. Obama. Indeed you have gone far beyond disappointment, but you are no longer "new enough." In two short years, this has gotten really old.

Many would love to see you etch a sketch of your best 1974 Richard Nixon.

Are the American people convinced that Obama is a fraud, or will he convince them that he isn't on Tuesday night?

(Jan. 23, 2011) — We now know exactly what the theme and theater of Tuesday’s State of the Union address will be. Here’s the preview of coming attractions. (You will recall that Obama took a Ronald Reagan book with him on his Christmas vacation in Hawaii.) Without further ado-do, meet your new Ronald Reagan (see video below).

Translation: Obama’s speech will have nothing to do with addressing the state of our union. Ray Charles can see that the state of our union has not been so “divided” since the Civil War. The only people who are satisfied are those who feed from the government trough, the bounty of which comes directly from the pockets of those who actually work and produce.  Unemployment remains steadily at one hair’s breadth of panic level.  Borders, illegal immigration, terrorism, corruption, foreign affairs, debt and deficit, recession – all these are matters of grave concern and worsening.  Enter Barack 2.0, the Healing Centrist.

Obama’s SOTU will be NOTHING but Obama campaigning for his 2012 bid by hoodwinking the gullible citizenry who were duped into voting this dictator into power in 2008. Do you like what you got so far?

Advice: Don’t buy one grain of the silo of donkey dust this liar will be pouring through your TV screen on Tuesday.

The Danger: He will promise to be a good boy for the next two years, and because of the Republican majority House of Representatives, he’ll have no choice anyway because the 112th Congress won’t fund his insane spending binges. Outward appearances will be that he has, in fact, changed his ways and has now become a patriotic fighter for the American Dream. Inwardly, he will bide his time until he is reelected in 2012 for four more years when he’ll have nothing to lose as far as the democratic election process is concerned.

But don’t believe for one second that this will stop his lust for continued power and control.  He will unload a series of Socialistic legislation and usurpation that will make his first two years look like tryouts. Watch closely for Obama to bypass our constitutional process and operate off the radar through federal regulation agencies such as EPA, FCC, IRS, etc. Do not expect to get this information through the State-Run eneMedia. If you are not aware, learn quickly how snakes function.

Conclusion: Change you will be shamefully foolish to believe in.

Why do you think Fox News
would go on record to state the following?

In 2008, the Obama campaign provided a certification of live birth -- a shorter form document that bears the same legal weight as the more detailed original certificate of live birth -- to prove his eligibility to be president. That has not quelled calls by those who have asked for the president’s original, longer form birth certificate, which they maintain would more clearly prove his status as a natural-born American citizen.
